This summer has been full of announcements for Canderel Residential. First we told you about YC Condos’ exciting partnership with Samsung and True Marque, and now we want to tell you about a new opportunity to live in one of our buildings. Canderel Residential has just launched Canderel Rentals for those of you who want to live in Aura or DNA3 but missed the opportunity to purchase a suite of your own.
Just this week, we launched the Canderel Rentals website that lists all of the suites available for rent in Aura, as well as our other Toronto project DNA3, with Tour des Canadiens and YC Condos soon to come. Suites of all sizes and price ranges are available! This is your chance to get into our newest buildings in Toronto which are both in some of the hottest neighbourhoods in the city. Aura is located at Yonge and College, and with your rental at Aura you get a free membership to Hard Candy Fitness Toronto as well as indoor access to all of the amazing shops and restaurants in our building. DNA3 is located on King Street West and is completely sold out so this is a great opportunity to find your King West home. Both of these buildings are brand-spanking new so if you act soon, you could be the very first person who lives in your suite! That’s pretty cool.
