New to Town? This One-Bedroom Rental is Perfect for you

New to the city? Not sure where to live, or dine, or workout, or how to get to the subway? All of those problems are solved when you’re renting in our building. If you’re just starting out in Toronto and are planning to live alone, we can definitely help make the rental process easier resulting in a smooth transition. Right now we have a one-bedroom rental unit - Unit 4611 - which is on our 46th floor, is 584 square feet, and has got everything you need for comfortable living in the city.

When you first walk in to the unit there’s a closet to hang up your coat, a door that leads to the washer and dryer, and another door that leads right into the main bathroom. The bathroom is a full bathroom that also leads into the bedroom - it’s great that there are two entrances! Walking down the hallway will lead you into the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen conveniently has an island for the days you’re grabbing a quick bite, or you can take a seat at your dining room table and look out at the city - the unit looks west onto Toronto through floor to ceiling windows. The sliding doors lead onto the balcony where you can sit comfortably in a patio chair and have your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

Of course the unit is great, but arguably the best thing about living here is the amenities. It’s really unlike any other condo in the city. As a tenant you get a membership to Madonna’s Hard Candy Fitness gym in the building, which is one of the most esteemed gyms in the city. There’s also a Marshall’s, Bed, Bath & Beyond, BMO and RBC banks, Metro and Sobey’s grocery stores, and restaurants like Reds Midtown Tavern, Scaddabush, and Duke’s Refresher, right in the building. For the days you’re exploring the city, we also have a direct, indoor connection to the College Station so you can take the TTC.

If you want to host your friends for the night, you can take them to our 5th floor amenities space where there are a number of party rooms, a billiards room, a private movie theatre, and an outdoor terrace with BBQs for the warmer months. Can it get any better than that? We don’t think so.
